Designed with athletes in mind, this program was made to help you move more weight, move faster, and hit harder, making you an absolute monster on the mats. Knowledge is power. Power is power. This 12-week program includes: --- x3 workouts a week (each workout cycle is 3 weeks) involving plyometric training, weight training, and functional fitness. --- A nutrition plan with custom macronutrient goals for to your body and performance needs. ---24/7 access to chat with your trainer via email/text for questions and assistance. ---Weekly check ins for accountability and workout adjustments/nutrition help as needed. Requirements: --Weightroom (dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, etc.) --This is a strictly online program, with no in-person training sessions with your trainer. --This program is designed for people looking to up their game in BJJ, Boxing, Wrestling, and/or MMA.
